As far as i know, non of them are men of colour or women or identify only as a toilet brush. Maybe wanting to be part of modern society we should be joining in more?

That's what they used to be for. I watched 1 rider move his mat after he had broken his engine to avoid getting oil onto it because it has sponsors name on it and did want to get it dirty.

Take away the word development and it becomes a pro league with clubs allowed to sign non commonwealth overseas riders and the 15 year old would have to go back to junior racing. I think we will keep the word development.

If she is not very tall I would edge towards the area on bend 1 without a roof.

Surely a proper silver cup or silver and wooden shield awarded annually would be more appropriate along with a replica for the winner?
Was there not a 'real' trophy back in the days when it was called the British Junior Championship?
I seem to recall Barry Thomas holding a nice trophy when he won the title.
From what I've seen in speedway and other sports young men are not bothered about trophies. They couldn't careless and just give them to mom to look after.

Almost a winning return for Laurence Rogers.

If you are talking about the road works they were finished over a year ago !
No announcement yet for Morris replacement.
Use the car park at the engineering company.

You could always take your time, stay and watch the junior racing and leave later when the car park is less full.

SCB/BSPL won't be rushed. A statement will be coming. Not sure when Morris is supposed to be riding again, but I would expect some sort of comment before then.

When the truth and all explanations are given, spare a thought for the consortium , the fans, the volunteer track staff other rides and all others who give up their time to Birmingham speedway who feel let down right now. Everyone putting on a brave face when they feel like they have kicked in the guts again.

True, but they are the ones you hear. The silent majority are just that.

It should be a little easier at Perry Barr without the holes ,rough patches of Wimborne Road but, it's not going to be easy to win.
