Teams can sign riders whenever they want and whoever they want! If they cannot be fitted into the team then one of them will have to be released. Simple. Crap on the riders

Did I got to the wrong meeting? It was just above average, at best. I wish someone would removes Ricky's X-rays, how he can possibly see inside the engine when he get beat by another rider is amazing. Will he ever acknowledge that another rider beat him without blaming his bike! It is so funny.
