I only know the ages of some of the riders in the 1991 meeting... Lamb was 24, Little 18, McLusky 26, McKinna 30, Grieves 16, Coleman 21, McDonald 16
The 1986 riders were all juniors, although Rizzo made a few appearances for Berwick & Edinburgh in the 80s but with limited success - as far as I know all five were Scottish.

Season 1991
The winner was Michael Lowrie. Anydetails?
Not quite... Michael Lowrie won the Scottish Under-21 title on 13 September at Powderhall (Edinburgh) which was part of the Scottish Individual Riders Championship, won by Scott Lamb, with James Grieves winning the Under-18 title.
The Junior Championship was held at Shawfield on 13 Oct 1991 (points scored carried into the final - I don't have the race times)
Heat 1: Grieves, Fraser Smith, Paul Taylor, Raymond Fosbury
Heat 2: Stuart Coleman, Wayne Park, Stuart Crome (retired), Stewart McDonald (fell excluded)
Heat 3: Coleman, Grieves, Fosbury, Crome
Heat 4: Smith, Park, Taylor (only 3 riders)
Final: Grieves, Coleman, Smith, Park (fell remounted)
As Grieves & Coleman both scored 8 points, a race-off was needed, which Grieves won.

An earlier post stated times were 2 to 4 seconds slower than a Glasgow fixture at Ashfield but that's not the case as the average heat times for the two previous meetings were 58.79s (Birmingham) and 58.64s (Edinburgh) with last night's being 59.17s

I was hoping for a SoN rematch in a last heat decider, that would have been something else, but we'll never know.
Heat 14 would have been Brennan, Harris, Lampart & Janowski, with Bewley, Lambert, Zmarzlik & Musielak in Heat 15

You're entitled to your opinion of course, but the time quoted is correct

No result / time announced as the referee didn't declare it, despite the SGB website showing 3a3 - the fact the starting marshals made a cod of the flags and three riders completed, I won't say raced, five laps, is neither here nor there... Thompson's time was 60.96s

06/07 Edinburgh v Glasgow (Scottish Masters) 47-31 - WAS THIS MATCH OVER 13 HEATS OR WAS IT ABANDONED FOR SOME REASON?
This meeting and the return on the 8th of July were programmed as 13 heats but the Glasgow leg added two nominated heats thanks to a pre-meeting agreement between the clubs according to the Speedway Star match report

Well, according to a recent Newcastle programme, Sky are only at Glasgow and Berwick next week because these two tracks' supporters' clubs paid Nigel and Kelvin to do their roadshow for them during the winter!
Glasgow's supporters group made no such payment.

The year we won the League he guested for us at Worky scored a 15pt max and was superb i would have him in a Tigers race suit any day off the week, he is one off those riders you look forward to coming to Ashfield as you know you will get entertained .
Class act but he didn't score a maximum for us at Workington. He dropped a point but made up for it by scoring a paid max the day after when the Monarchs were cuffed 58-32 at Ashfield
