I've just booked online and checked out grandstand all sections to see what seats are available and estimate about 30% sold so far. looks like they are selling well so should get a full house

I will be having a pre meeting drink at the POW with my daughter and couple of friends. I will be easy to spot as I most likely will be with....Andy Valente and PTW

For info I recall the following items The away team bibs signed by rider and TR were sold off, around £50 to 300 dependant on who they were from Couple of signed TR helmets at around £280 .... pretty good as they were newish And few TR bike/handlebar covers £40/20 from the past couple of seasons.....one of which is gracing my workshop and according to my daughter who is always there with me said "is that cool or what!"

Went to this meeting as I was passing by on way back from cardiff but would give it a miss next year. It was clear to our group reading the programme what the rules were and poole needed 6 points from heat 25 so out we went. Illogical but them were the rules! My gripe is that much of the meeting was irrelevant as it soon reduced to 4 pairs of runners mainly due to absentees weakening pairs.Plus for those supporters of teams in group B only 4 heats of interest with a gap of 10 between pooles last 2. Prefer a different format along lines of 4 smaller groups 2 semis and a final although on 2nd thoughts probably still give it a miss

I booked my tickests a month ago on seetickets and I had very little to choose from on 2nd tier, mostly all gone. Eventually got a couple at £60 on backstraight . So based on this and having checked through all price availability think there will be a good turnout.

Great posting by Middlo. Good luck to all of the GB team. Excellent decision to include Havvy, one of my favourite riders, I know he he will give it all and the crowd will be behind the team. Hope Floppy doesn't get a "maximum" when fishing as I'm going out next week and hope some will be left! GB and Pirates Forevever
