Coventry Bees Vs Belle Vue Aces - 13/06/14

Knowing the way that everything connected with Belle Vue usually pans out, Danny will have his worst ever meeting at Brandon, and Bomber will suddenly go through the card. Still BV are used to things like that -

I'm basing my statement on the fact that the best guest that may be available appears to be Nermark -

If the Brummies can beat a full strength BV team by 10 points ,against a depleted BV team the Bees should be able to double that margin, or even exceed it -

I don't know why it should be, but it seems that every rider, once they arrive at the Vue , seem to lose the will to win. We have seen this with many riders over several seasons. This season seems to be just the same. As his performances in the GPs goes up, Zagars performances for BV go down. Cook has spent too long in the PL, and his general standard in the EL has fallen. Richie Worrall was in many ways the great white hope for BV but is a major disappointment. MPT is doing more than a decent job where he is in the team. The only rider bucking the trend of "Lets sign for BV, put our feet up and take a rest" is Scott Nicholls. He has enhanced his reputation at Kirky Lane, and I shudder to think how the team would have panned out, without his efforts. -

The big question is, can Zagar win heat 1 -
Assuming that Scott comes out in Ht 15 that means that he could have 6 rides. Could be a good pay night for him (With a bit of luck)

Well, the British Summer has been known to make many people ill

If my prayers for heavy rain go unanswered, the BV Clowns could well be turned over on Monday. No Cookie, and no Richie, so the shoppers may make hay while the sun shines. -

Personally I think you can double your ten points, and you will probably be closer I don't suppose Agent Watt will be pulling up any trees tonight, but the antics of BB should be entertaining. One of the guests could well be the BV top scorer. -

After 2 or 3 dismal showings for Belle Vue, I imagine that Cook is feeling the pressure, which goes some way towards explaining his frame of mind. Having said that, as someone has already said, he needs to grow up -
I was thinking the same
-
Given recent Robins results, and recent Aces away results, I guess the result will be about 53-40
-
Finally, a chance for the Robins to redeem themselves
-
Never mind. It is an afternoon meeting, so it may beat the curfew. On a real speedway track this would be an absolute away banker, but on the Beaumont Park cycle speedway track the issue could be in doubt

Poole Pirates Vs Coventry Bees 21/5/2014
lionheart replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Why only Bees fans ? Many fair-minded fans of other clubs have an intense dislike of the manner in which Fraud has manipulated the sport over the last few seasons. One highlight was the disgraceful meeting at Belle Vue at the end of last season, but there have been other instances of Frauds skulduggery -

Don't you just love it when Coventry (Or anyone else) pees on the Pirates bonfire -
Belle Vue V Birmingham 19/5/14
lionheart replied to Aces51's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Based on this showing, and those against the Lions, there is no way on Gods earth the Aces can get to the play offs. I think this is mainly down to having an unreliable number 1, although the other heat leaders must take some of the blame I do not include Nicholls in that statement. -

It's almost the exact score that I predicted. Many on the BV website predicted similarly
-
Advice for the Aces. Try to avoid the holes on turns 1 and 2. Lord Fraud is so skint he can't afford to fill the damned things in.
-
I believe that Lee Payne has a grass-track background, so he could be reasonably at home on Poole's ploughed field Lets hope so !

Sorry, I think you are miles off. Pirates by 12
