    Belle Vue 2019

He only did 3 home and 5 away so missed out on a real average.

    2019 Championship Confirmed Signings

Josh Bates definitely(NL), Chris Harris probably(CL), Rory Schlein maybe(CL via patriality).

    Swindon 2019

...for riders new to the league. Whether intended or not, it leaves the door open for riders who previously qualified through patriality to return to the league.

    berwick bandits 2019

The current (2018) rule specifies riders new to the NL so those that qualified previously by patriality wouldn't be new to the league so should qualify. With regard to ambiguity of the AGM PR, it's already come to light that although the NL was specified, it extends back to the CL years as well. No doubt if you asked two promoters the situation, you'd get at least three different answers. It may be sorted out by March 15th, or not...

    Swindon 2019

No. The AGM PR said that the 3 point minimum has to be achieved not assessed.

    2019 GSAs

OK. Got that wrong. I wasn't looking at the C column on the previous issue, so we still don't know if Morris, BWD, etc. get the reduction.

    2019 GSAs

See my edit above. I was wrong.

    2019 GSAs

No, those are the reduced figures. Edit: My mistake. I wasn't looking at the C column on the previous issue. They are still the unreduced figure.

    2019 GSAs

If the 2018 rule is still in place then riders with 2 averages from the same season use the one appropriate to the league they're riding in. If they are from different seasons then the latest one is used, converted if necessary.

    2019 GSAs

So we now know that it isn't all ex-NL/CL riders that get the 2.5% as was stated in the AGM PR. The Aussies & Kiwis that rode in the patriality seasons miss out.

    Somerset 2019

    BWD should get the 2.5%.

    AGM November 2018

If this year's rule is retained then the average gained in the league being ridden in is used.

    REDCAR 2019

She's on the list but without a specific licenced role.

    REDCAR 2019

Lakeside & Scunthorpe only had 1 promoter each on the last published officials list (13/09).

Two teams coming up from the NL

That was a mistake. Although he was quoted in the newspaper article, the identity of the two teams was the opinion of a journalist who often makes stuff up.

    Sheffield 2019

...and possibly some Aussies and Kiwis who have started out in the NL.

    Nicholls didn't.

    Is Nobody bothered ?

Pretty obvious isn't it? The Sky money that was used to bribe Kings' Lynn and Leicester into propping up the league a few seasons ago isn't there any more so this time a more creative solution had to be devised.

    2019 NL Season

And yet riders are allowed to make their own choice of used tyres, so not really an H & S issue, more like "It was your decision, not our fault". And even worse, if a rider decides his used tyres are a bad idea, he's not allowed to switch to a new tyre.

Ecclestone & F1 obviously although I must say I never realised it was an indoor sport.

    Peterborough Panthers 2019

    There's no such rule.

    Poole 2019

Monday & Wednesday were the "set race days" agreed at last year's AGM. The problem was that the 2nd priority day agreed at the ISLB was Thursday. Whether that was before or after the AGM and why it was different is anybody's guess.

    Is Nobody bothered ?

If any substantial changes are made then a re-inspection is needed, otherwise it's just a case of applying for a renewal.

    Is Nobody bothered ?

When was the current one issued? They are valid for 3 years.
