  1. The way your all slating him, hope he's reading your comments and rides rubbish in 2nd leg, disgraceful way too treat him, I've just had a look back at some of his scores, double figures most matches

No that is not the way he should react. Prove that it is a bad day at the office and I will be the first to come on here and apologise.

  2. Sadly 10 points is not enough to take to Glasgow after being 14 points up after heat 11. Holder was a disgrace tonight as even on a bad night should score more than 3. More worrying is that I think it may be the end of speedway for Peterborough. Well done to Simon who rode his heart out tonight and would have scored more but for losing his shoe in one race.Bomber excellent as always.

  3. Really looking forward to this meeting. I hope there is a good crowd. Panthers fans should forget about the politics today and support the team. This could be our last meeting at home this evening and it is a long time fill March. We do not know what the future holds either so if you are a real speedway fan then make the effort today. If we ever lose speedway here then we will never get it back. My prediction is Panthers 50 Tigers 40.

  4. 3 heat winners out of 15, awful stuff from the Panthers. Only bacon can hold his head high. Will be spanked next round if we ride like that.

we did have 6 heats of 3-3 coming second and third. With an 18 point lead we had to make sure of no lasts. Taking into account that Worrell only scored 4 points as well, then I think job done. Onwards and upwards.

  5. Funny sort of meeting really. It was all over by about 6 heats due to a 5-0,5-1,5-1 start. Ben Barker rode brilliantly for Redcar but sadly not much to back him up. I do not think Varsity or Tobias were race fit.Rory a good guest and nice to see Simon get a couple of race wins. Tom Bacon continues to improve as well. 3 points in the bag. Our play off hopes rest with the northern weekend in the middle of August.

  6. Some great ideas there although I would like to see both teams have a separate 15min practise would also be some entertainment/interest for the supporter who arrives early. Certified Injuries.. I would change the 3/5 days to the rider has to have 2 full days off after the night of the injury as we know speedway riders do seem to recover quicker than the normal sportsperson. I won't hold my breath in anticipation of any of your ideas being implemented in the near future but I for one liked what you had to say.

and to stop the said rider that is injured from guesting for anyone else for 7 days.

  7. I have to admit that I was an elite league snob and it took me a long time to adapt to being in the second tier of racing. After last nights debacle, I am pleased to see the errors of my way. I have thoroughly enjoyed the racing we have seen at the showground. As for Kings Lynn, it is a shame to see this happening. I was a

Lynn supporter in the sixties and seventies and to see this makes me very sad. No winner last night and the only loser is speedway.
