Nicki Pedersen Injured.
full-throttle replied to foamfence's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Do the right thing Nicki, retire and live a healthy life with your partner. Nothing could be worse than returning and having a fall that causes permanent life changing injuries. Thanks for many years of entertainment -
Having watched the British Final tonight, here are my views, Poor camera work, many a time the camera was on the leader way ahead of the action, The graphics didn't appear to be as clear as previous years I thought the presentation team of Natalie and Steve worked well, much better than having Kelvin and Nigel standing behind the podium. The interviews with the riders during the meeting were better than previous years too Work to do, but hopefully things will improve throughout the season

Good result for Team GB. Pleased that Stevie Worrall got the team over the line rather than one of the 'better' rated riders. -
Speedway World Cup 2017

The Aussies will make the play-offs with just 3 riders, so all is irrelevant really. Great display by Team GB, although I doubt we will be seeing the same results next weekend -

WOW. what a difference a few changes make. 13 points from Rory and Mark, from their programmed rides, a few more than Adam and Max have been scoring Wolves could now be contenders -

Poole V Coventry Select. 19/4/17 7.30pm
full-throttle replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
lol, you have to laugh the idea of these 'select' meetings is twofold, to keep the Bees name on track and to help the contracted riders earn a few extra £ which they may have done had the Bees continued. Steve, if you would like to organise a bucket collection, please do, I'm sure the receipients would be grateful -
Wolverhampton V Coventry 10th April (challenge)
full-throttle replied to mdmc82's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Plenty of visiting fans, and fair play to the many Wolves fans I saw in the full price queue, so thank you to them, To me there was something missing, I haven't been attending speedway for a few years, but it didn't seem the same especially for a local derby, challenge match or otherwise. I can't work out what is wrong with Clegg, I seem to recall he was hitting big numbers for Cradley last year and picking up a few for Wolves, he just seemed well of the pace tonight
