    Looks like Bruv of Bruv and me at the moment, yes, but not asked any one else yet and others may fancy it. As I won't be at Foxhall on the 13th, maybe the Massif can talk about it then. Plus the Massif Trophy can be re-presented to Kevin on the evening, this time with his name on a plaque on it?

     

    You mentioned an informal social meet up (bottles of white lightning on a park bench somewhere, maybe?) after the end of the season. Are you thinking of organising that still?

    Ufford Park Hotel is the venue.

    I have been sick in one of the bunkers there

    Ufford Park (decent venue)

    £22 with what is described as a 'quality buffett' (they have a lot to live up to after the massif effort in the stands!!)

    Everyone needs to go to the cashpoint before the Somerset meeting and get their ticket.....

     

    Can I ask someone to get me a ticket as I ain't around for the 13th?

     

    If Andy's mum, Lyn is doing the Quality Buffet we will be ok - chilli jam and all

    I went once in 1991 and there was at least 80 people there and I was the only bloke not wearing a tie and Shane Parker was brilliant and talked with me which was really nice of him

     

    No idea on the venue but it may have changed since it was originally planned as it was probably in a telephone box on Foxhall Road until the team picked up. Guess it may be in the Kesgrave Social Club (whatever that is).

     

    Maybe the Massif should hold an alternative EoS Do?

     

    EDIT: Apparently there is going to be Inter Fan Involvement - which means the Fans clap when they are told to, or they make up their own amusement and inspire the team to a PLPO Semi Final from absolutely nowhere.

    Why thank you for your offer, but it's far closer to the action where I currently reside, although never say never.

    Are you now coming on the 13th,? It's just that I have seen you have written about meeting someone face to face, but previously mentioned that you will unfortunately not be attending.

     

    No worries, I am pleased that you have found an advantageous place to watch the speedway Kitty :lol:

     

    And as in it would be good for the Massif to meet Gav after all this time, yes.

     

    No I am not around for the 13th :cry: but intend to be at the OTA on Friday

    Hi guy's. Being a women I do worry about people, so can I ask if anyone knows what's happened to RH55. One minute he was here and now he has gone. I do hope he hasn't been scared off.

     

    The Massif is inclusive Kitty so do visit Massif End, you will be most welcome :wink:

     

    And do not be concerned. RH55 is in Turkey preparing for the annual Paragliding Festival in Oludeniz that starts next week. He is a paragliding expert and won many competitions and tournaments around the world and has said that he will paraglide into Foxhall Heath if the Witches make the PLPO Final - and he can find a tall enough hill in Suffolk.

     

    We already have one Massif member arranging to sky dive onto the Centre Green for the Final - if the Witches make it.

     

    As CL hasn't fulfilled his promise to have some Fan Interaction this season, some of the Massif have taken the bull by the cow bell and are arranging the entertainment themselves.

    Yes im going and bringing my mate along who has only ever seen 1 meeting before ............which was Risagers testimonial in arctic conditions!!

     

    I have yet to meet the 'massif' where abouts are you and i may well show my face!!

     

    I normally stand just to the right of the main stand on the entry to the the first bend but from time to time move about but its going to be freezing down the back straight!

     

    Good stuff Gavan. Will be good to put a face to a name. You will know where the Massif are if you have ears, but back straight opposite the start finish line at the end of the big seating before the break. Just look for balloons and stuff.

    Will be interesting to find out who we are using at no7 on Friday,
