What a load of bull!...The reason that we have brill racing at Scunny is because all riders know our track through being allowed to use it for practice etc. That's what shouldn't be allowed!...Sheffield has been known to even have Press and Practice day on it!

Ive had the same message for days, I have just tried again ....no luck!

Ashley is a temporary signing like Theo was last year. Rob says if he does a good job for the Scorps he could end up staying like Theo did.. He's at reserve and that means Wilko has to be in main team.

How proud the Panther fans must feel! that was a hammering they gave the Scorpions!.....That wasn't the Josh (No 1 ) we have been accustomed to watching. The swoops on the inside and the passes on the outside Gone! He appeared to be trying but getting nowhere fast ( was it No 2 bike? ) Is he keeping his best for Leicester? Well done to Ryan top scorer!. Reserve Josh showing guts, really having a go well done lad. At the end of a bad meeting for us I feel so disappointed with the team. Oh dear where do we go from here!

Beautiful sunshine and blue sky at the moment, That could change as sun and showers has been the norm for a couple of weeks. There are signs of over-night rain, some puddles about. I'm no where near the track so don't know of the conditions there. Rob has the machinery to clear water from the track so fingers crossed!

Come on captain Josh Auty....get your team up for this one. Show panthers whos boss around the EWR. Really looking forward to this meeting -horn at the ready! Good luck Scorps, stay safe!

As a Scunny supporter I have asked myself that same question. I've come to the conclusion that the new season results for us and probably Ipswich has been down to track conditions. We have some good racers in the Scunny team believe me and we are lucky to watch some fantastic speedway at EWR but last week our track was watered and then a shower of rain turned it into a mud bath, hardly any over-taking, it didn't suit our riders. I agree Klindt would have made a difference at Peterboro he's a gater, as for R. Hall guesting, its what I expected. He's not the rider he used to be.

Biased, No! I was angry at the time of the " Tungate affair" that's dead and buried now. I did post that I wasn't complaining and that it ( Sunday's meet ) was an exciting meeting. I am a Auty fan have been for years and nothing you say will alter that!. I am only one person by the way! ( you did refer to me as they ) I am like you a keen Scunny supporter known to many people at the track, seek me out if you want. I've been watching speedway since the late 70s so I am not young person. As for Covatti! ...Like you; I would love him in my team, he is a superb racer, I agree " star of the show", as he was last year at EWR.

Josh knows every inch of the Scunny track and gives his all. That's why he's the top scorer!. He defo had probs. Klindt made one race difficult for him though. I BEG TO DIFFER! You Ipswich fans can be so sarcastic! End of!

A few posts show a lot of if's...a few more from Scunny angle....Josh Auty's first race was absolutely brilliant and that is normal for Josh around the EWR ( Its why we call him Mr Entertainer ) so exciting to watch! what if he hadn't had problems afterwards, as he obviously did. What if Alex hadn';t been accidently hit from the back resulting in damage to his bike. He could have been in ht 15.! A| couple of races ending 2 riders going over the finish line together,r what if the refs decision had been different. I'm not complaining..... that's speedway! It made an exciting meeting.

So you do have IF's then. I have them with all teams!. I especially like Scunnys team this year because they are all racers apart from Klindt, we certainly have some exciting racing to come. When Klindt leaves to race in Poland our new Danish rider from last year ( He looked at our track went into his first race and won ) But here comes another IF Can he perform this year? he looks to be another racer! I like certain teams but honestly cannot see an outstanding team. Bring on the new season!

You must be a Sheffield supporter. I think Sheffield will be a force to contend with but Stand out team NO quite a few IF's like I see in other teams. I'm a Scunny supporter and for you to put them last, you must be comparing our last years team. We started with David Howe No 1 he didn't last long so we were without him. Same goes for Josh-through injuries out most of the season, 2 new riders...But I see our season different this year, we have a team of racers but again we have IF's . I think its a year for the toughest this year!

I spent ages yesterday studying all teams in the prem league. To be honest I was coming up with reasons why i couldn't see teams winning the league. There just doesn't seem to be a team that looks above all other teams. Rumour has it that Glasgow paid high prices for their team but to me they don't stand out from the other teams. I think it will come down to injuries and luck this year. We shall see!

I'm happy with this team...Josh will be back with a Buzz! . Klindt can gate and once in the lead knows the fastest way around the track. Alex if he comes back and performs as he left off. ( was my rider of the year ) will be a threat to anyone. Holub loads of promise and Wilko in reserve. Hopefully Ryan will be over his injuries and rearing to go. Looks like some good racing at EWR.

Great to see Nicolai back as a Scorpion....a huge welcome awaits, pity its only short term however here's hoping Rob's plan works!.

PWWM...........You read my post wrong, look again. It was I who started a rumour with my stab in the dark name of Tom Stokes. That's what my post referred to. Just as well it isn't a criminal offence!.............I love the clues Rob drops. Its all part of the excitement. I've had my head stuck into the NL teams and AM riders and I'm still none of the wiser lol
