Have you looked at the slo.mos Chris' dirt deflector touched his wheel and he threw the bike down .his dirt deflector touched nicki's and nicki threw the bike down but each time andersen got the decision . Maybe not at the moment but even the great Tomasz Gollob had to start somewhere

Im sure you recorded it so take off your poole coloured glasses and have another look at the harris 'pedersen exclusions the tv pundits did'nt think it was fair and neither did anyone else but then again andersen rides for poole so how could he be in the wrong

why stop it ? my daughter has just texted me from a bar in town after seeing the incident on sky news . so it brought speedway to the attention of 150 people who would otherwise be oblivious to it's existence .

    My Thoughts On The Future

given the choice i would opt for the terraces myself . in the grandstand at coventry the seats are far too close together and if theres a large group of us there the people on the ends of rows get excluded from group conversations ,the view of the racing is better in the stand but the P.A. deafens you. if it means speedway can continue at a track most people don't object to standing up .far better than the alternative in most cases

    My Thoughts On The Future

And those teams which are in stadiums without those facilities ,which they only rent and have no control over will do what exactly ?? close down i suppose . So it's goodbye Stoke,Scunthorpe,Plymouth, And Workington to name just a few who have no seating.
  12. I don,t think the forum members in general look in the amateur threads , so if this meeting had been Advertised on a general forum a few more spectators may have turned up at the event . For those of you who have not been to an amateur meeting whether it be scunny summer champs or an stra or dragons meeting you are missing out on 40 plus races ,With riders of varying ability from raw novice to conference standard . each and every one of them going as fast as their age/ability will allow progams are usually available fronm the organisers for nothing or a small donation to keep you in touch with who's doing what , you will be made welcome by the friendliest bunch of people you could ever wish to meet and have an afternoons entertainment for free, you may even catch a glimpse of a future world champion or past master.
  13. Dont you want to see them riding in the uk next year then ?

There was a thread on here about Janno not long ago. I think he was importing race tyres for touring cars and was the main supplier for all scandinavian countries . Came about through a connection he made while riding speedway i believe
