Swindon v ipswich 1974. Only Bernie Leigh has passed from the home team. For Ipswich, just Billy Sanders is no longer with us. Norbold mentions Leo McAuliffe still being around. Sadly, he passed away in 2018.

Adopting the cheaper paper is entirely sensible if it means production of the mag is sustainable as a result. The only feedback i would give is it did mean the mag was more crumpled after being shoved through the letterbox. A small price to pay if it allows it to continue.

Absolutely! That is something that should have been put in places yeara ago.. There have been way too many speedway riders involved in these type of tragic events, both during and after their racing careers over the years.

6th April 1974 Swindon 40-38 Ipswich M.Ashby, Louis, Leigh, Nygren. Mike Keen was injured in a spill with Billy Sanders in heat 3. The meeting saw what became the traditional Martin Ashby 12-point maximum.

Not sure why there's so much surpruse that Lawson and Heeps were pants last night. Both have appalling records at Swindon. -
Certainly the older data is league matches only.. More recent seasons contain other official competitions.
