National Teams

The other day someone asked me how countries have a National side? I was trying to look for a world ranking list or something, can anyone help? :unsure: Also I think it would be good if Great Britain could be broekn up as Scotland would do well, and even though Wales may not have alot of "top" riders if they knew they could ride for there country there would be a few more coming through.
