Buses at night from Cardiff to Rumney?

For the past 2 years I have managed to get a bus from Cardiff to Rumney but last year they closed all the roads in the city centre straight after the GP so you have to work about 10 minutes to the other side of the city to catch the bus.

 

Thankfully a kind local fan showed us the way from the central bus station to where we can get the bus but knowing my luck they will go straight to the bus stop and not got to the central bus station this year.

 

So does anyone know the road where you can catch the bus to Rumney?
