Just a thought but why not contact the Speedway Researcher and see if they can put you on to the person who has sent them Shelbourne details ? There's an email address for them on the site.

Just had a look thru' the Speedway Stars of the time for you, in case you hadn't, but absolutely no reference to this meeting whatsoever.

 

Interesting reading though. In respect of another thread about attendances, Wolverhampton averaged 10,000 in 1961. I used to go to Monmore at that time as a kid and I remember that it was packed all round the stadium.
