The heat results don't tally with the points scorers published in the Speedway Star. I would be grateful if anybody can clarify the following queries I have: 14/6 Rochdale V Crayford (BL2) Hawkins (3rd) & Davenport (4th) in heat 3, 7 or 10. 1/8 Eastbourne V Doncaster (BL2) Woolford replaced Simns in Heat 4 or 7. 7/8 Peterborough V Romford (BL2) Sanders (2nd) & Saunders (3rd) in heat 7 or 12.
