Why did Emil look over to gate 1 from gate 3?

Saw that too. Bigger magnet?

not sure but after seeing him ride 5 or 6 meetings for coventry his gating is no better than bombers !!

Why they are both such exciting racers. Generally they both can't gate for toffee. Both put bums on seats.

Track looks awful & start marshall needs a smack upside the head. He's the one delaying starts by tryng to squeeze between riders instead of either moving them further apart or moving to a different postition so he's not looking like an idiot

Well I was hoping to watch a speedway GP tonight, but it turns out they've decided to show a longtrack meeting being raced on a track primarily made with wet flour, with a referee who seemingly likes it when clutches get burnt out. Pearson screeching doesn't help much either, though he's clearly gutted Gollob has done nothing so far....

It's not the start Marshall holding the tapes after the green light comes on...

Meeting's getting better. From my spy at the track (Clean Cut Sport's own Ballinger) the water has made the usual, boring slick track ("0.1mm of dirt") interesting at least.

But the ref can't start it till the marshall is out of the way, and his delaying just adds to the problem, especially when he walks in front of riders who are prepped.

Surprised Nicki didn't sling his bike on the deck like he normally does when someone goes by him on the inside.

Did you not see him trying to?! Pretty sure he was thinking about it but realised he had too much room and thought it would look too obvious! Good on Zagar though, great rider and liked his response to Nicki's strop after the race!

He knew it was wet and slushy and he'd get filthy so he decided to leave it!
