Please note that I have stated as Champions AND Play Off winners. As in the EL this means the club finishing top of the final league & the Play Off winners too. As if any of you wouldn't understand.....!

Hungarian Under-21 Champion 2011

Italian Under-21 Champions 2010 & 2011

PS..Also if anyone has an ELRC programme cover scan from this season I'd be extra grateful. Many thanks for any help.

PSS.. Has anybody else had a problem with this website. I click on the links and it keeps asking me for password & says Unauthorized access. I can't seem to get round it. Just wondered if anyone could offer some help.....

Hi Mauro !

How is possible that Vicentin was second ?

Vicentin had 85 points and Paco had five points less (80p.)

Can you explain me it ?

Hi

I try to explain ......

The standings of U21 Championship was determined race by race.....

i.e. Round 1

Michele Castagna (7th in the race and 1st U21) : 25 points

Dario Del Torre ( 11th in the race and 2nd U21): 22 points

Nicolas Vicentin ( 12th in the race and 3rd U21): 20 points

Round 2:

Michele Castagna (7th in the race and 1st U21) : 25 points

Dario Del Torre ( 10th in the race and 2nd U21): 22 points

Nicolas Vicentin ( 15th in the race and 3rd U21): 20 points

and so on....

BR

Nicolas Vicentin arrived in front of Michele Castagna in the Open championship but he finished second in the U21 championship.

Hungarian Under-21 Champion 2011 - no competition

Italian Under-21 Champion 2010 - Dario Del Torre

Italian Under-21 Champion 2011 - Nicolas Vincentin

Hungarian answer is also incorrect !

The 2011 Hungarian Champion is Roland Benko (again, as in 2010.)

Although there were no exclusive Hungarian meetings as in 2009 this title arises from the 6-round Tri-Nations meetings,- but only 4 completed - , when he was top scoring Hungarian. (See Sp.Star, Oct 22 2011.)

As prev. postings above, Italian U21 champ, 2011, was Paco Castagna.

Finnish SM-liiga (Extraliiga is gone and forgotten) and the results WERE published by Spar.

britmet you are not right. Do not create no real information. Hungarian federation have never reported the junior champion from Tri-Nations championship. It is not true what you told. Only austrian, croatian and slovenian junior champion emerges on the basis of Tri-Nations competition. Even site of Roland Benko reported his success from 2008 (separate competition, only for hungarian riders) and good place in 2010 from Tri-Nations championship. There is not information about his win from 2010. Last Hugarian Junior Championship was in 2008. Hungarian Motorcycle federation did not emerege junior champion in 2009-2001. That's all !

If the posting from the Speedway Star (Oct 22 2011) is incorrect I have no other info to go on.

Of course the Hungarian federation will be the ultimate authority.

What about the Italian U21 ? Give us your view please.
