rhidassa 73 Posted June 8, 2013 I don't think it's promotion per say... there is no automatic promotion from NL to PL as there would be in a sport like football. I think it's just a case of in winter the club apply to join the Premier League, and that application is then reviewed based on several factors, possibly including financial / the number of teams already in the league, etc. I may not be 100% right, but I think that may be the gist of it? 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
