TMW 533 Posted March 28, 2014 It's about making sure everyone gets the news at more-or-less the same time - whether on the web, Speedway Star or Scunthorpe Telegraph. It's not easy to do, for example although subscribers get their copy of the Star today, a few readers would have picked up a copy at Poole last night. Most clubs try to co-ordinate their signings across the media. For Scunthorpe, the Telegraph and Star both come out on a Thursday, so that's when the club tends to announce its riders.
