mdmc82 2,878 Posted May 27, 2014 BIRMINGHAM have agreed a new date for their Elite League match at Coventry. The original fixture was postponed yesterday (Bank Holiday Monday, but has now been quickly re-scheduled for this coming Friday at Brandon (May 30, 7.30pm). Will Coventry be missing Harris or will he be missing Practice for GP? Harris AND Hansen both missing due to clashes. Why would we arrange it for that date. Madness! Bees_Man 454 Posted May 27, 2014 Is that right? What a total joke if true. I'm already fed up with Howarth never riding, but this takes the biscuit!
mdmc82 2,878 Posted May 27, 2014 Confirmed on Bees website now Harris & Hansen missing. Was looking forward to watching them. Plymouth already have fixture that night so won't Barker also be missing?
Bees_Man 454 Posted May 27, 2014 Maybe the fixture will be half price considering half the riders are missing!

Plymouth already have fixture that night so won't Barker also be missing? Sounds like it's shaping up to be a BSPA select 14, never mind Cov fielding a random 7. Bees_Man 454 Posted May 27, 2014 Another joke meeting for the long suffering supporters. Would rather have watched a full storm team - Might just watch the footy instead
Brummies_Ste 134 Posted May 27, 2014 British Under 21 champion Josh Bates will deputise for the unavailable Paul Starke and Josh Grajczonek comes in for Ben Barker
Woz01 3,589 Posted May 27, 2014 Have to get the fixtures in though, its already looking tight. Hansen in a danish fixture, usually we would get no facility but as this is rearranged do we get a facilty?

Hansen in a danish fixture, usually we would get no facility but as this is rearranged do we get a facilty? Would imagine not. Would truly be madness if management rearranged it for a date where there would be NO facility. Anybody would think we didnt want to win at home
Jacques 3,114 Posted May 27, 2014 When I saw the date, I thought, " oooh, might try and make it up for this.." I'm not going to bother if it's half a team though, all that way to watch riders from other teams? No thanks!!
Woz01 3,589 Posted May 27, 2014 As someone on the facebook page pointed out we only have one free friday from now till September and thats the day before Cardiff, shows how tight our fixtures are. Looks like we will have to run some meetings on a non race night.

Looks like we will have to run some meetings on a non race night. Imagine attendance would be bigger on a Mon or Wed with full team than on a Friday (before GP) with main riders missing anyway. Will Fisher be back for this as no mention of site?
Game On 1,117 Posted May 27, 2014 What a shambles I will be giving it a miss.
Bees_Man 454 Posted May 27, 2014 So are we thinking maybe no Fisher and maybe a NL rider for Hansen??
