I think a lot of people are assuming that his average came from reserve in the EL but he actually mainly raced 2nd string, even had a spell at heat leader if I'm remembering right.something like 2 meetings at hl, 15 as a second string and 10 as reserve. But in terms of his average (20 meetings) it was 2 as heat leader, 3 in reserve, 15 as second string. Only failed to get a (paid) win in 5 of them 20 meetings, nor bad going at all!
