I am also using this as an opportunity to raise funds for various local, regional, national charities which are Speedway Riders Benevolent Fund, Sue Ryder-Thorpe Hall and the East Anglia Air Ambulance which as cyclists its nice to know they are there but hopefully will never need to use.
