According to the speedway updates site, during the Sheffield v Redcar match. After two chaotic heats the referee went down to the pits to explain the new starting procedure to the riders! A linesman/woman puts up his/her flag to indicate an offside & the referee goes over for a chat & sometimes sees something different & disagrees. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
