Well in Simon's statement he did say the phone has already been ringing and is excited what the future may hold. So that could fit in with it being Glasgow. Possibly Worky if they are looking to make changes. -
It's all so typically British Speedway isn't it, companies house shows 1 shareholder, Mark Lemon, holding 1 share valued at £1... Then there's the 2 co-promoters Tony Gaul & Paul Hunsdon (previously named as a Director at Birmingham, as was David Rowe for a short period interestingly) seemingly with no limited liability... and we have people like Jan Staechmann saying things like "they're the ones we can talk about" on BSN. Why so cloak and dagger? What could possibly be worse than the CEO and team manager of another team being the sole shareholder of another club?

I think the noise coming from Wimborne Road would be rather loud though if the Pirates suffered back to back home defeats 😃. The way I see Comets situation is that unfortunately Vinnie is a number of weeks away, Cookie who knows ? dislocated shoulder or rotator cuff injury ? . Rotator Cuff injury is potentially more serious and wouldn't really withstand the shoulder forces experienced riding Speedway , least not in the short term . We have two big meetings next weekend Glasgow away Oxford at home followed by Scunny at home on the 30th. Then it is likely we have no meeting until June 27th. To lose both meetings next weekend may be damaging to crowd levels so avoiding this scenario is probably priority. Then following the Scunny meeting two week later there is another two week gap so more time for healing of injuries. What would Poole do team changes or guests ?

I wouldn't be adverse to signing Simon in place of Mario, obviously would prefer another Villads,( but one who was available), but Simon could have some cracking meetings,he is very much a team man, yes he might have an odd duff meeting, but to me Mario does not look interested, and a change for Simon could give him a boost. Let's face it , he would do a lot better than Mario at present.

Yes had 10 race wins but also had 11 last places or retirements and an exclusion can't win a meeting with that many no scores, but once again some good racing, hopefully a 6 o clock start next week will help keeping the dust at bay

I heard there was 7 or 8 shareholders! I doubt people would have have money to not have any shares or anything, maybe there is still some paperwork to do or something and then we will find out who the mystery people are that are behind this new venture ?
