a salary cap means nothing when brown envelopes will just be placed in there pockets

Heard we’re in the mix for Cairns too. Coleman mentioned the financial issue of the reserves because naturally “we’ll all want the best ones”. With one having to be British, there is a very small pool of them actually good enough so the obvious four will be sought after.    The sensible thing to do would be for all the promoters during their numerous meetings, agreeing a cap for the under 21 riders and nobody can go over it.    Let as many clubs who want to meet that ceiling do so, and then let the riders choose where they want to go.    I’ve heard some of the figures being offered to these youngsters are “eye watering” and above and beyond where they currently stand in the game but that was always going to be an issue. 

id like to see just the 1 race night next season, preferbly monday, 1 home match every 2 weeks, facing each team just once home, once away, i think you could entice more riders over if they didnt have to fly in twice a week. they then get more family time from wednesday/thursday till weekend

top 2 pretty much confirmed, so until we know the points limit then i have no idea who the others could be.   klindt on a low average and he put himself in the shop window, he is also going to be using a british license so will he get the deduction or not???    you would say ben cook is a shoe in, so we can get wins at home.   preferbly id take the same team as this year with bewley for doyle but sadly that wont be able to happen which is a crying shame
