The NSSC are delighted to announce that Shane Parker will be the special guest on August 26th. The ever popular Australian raced for; Ipswich, Middlesbrough, Hull, Belle Vue, Peterborough, Glasgow, Somerset and Sheffield in a very successful British career from 1990 to 2011. Before retiring and returning to Australia Shane was a regular visitor to the Nuneaton Speedway Supporters Club so it will be a real pleasure to welcome him back. Everyone is welcome to attend the NSSC meetings with an entry fee of only £4. All proceeds are for the GB Young Lions. The venue, The Brandon Club, is just down the road from the stadium and offers a full bar with hot & cold drinks and light snacks. There is limited parking at the rear of the Club but plenty of on-street parking around the venue. I know people are quoting it’s 1st v 4th and 2nd v 3rd.  As it should be. However what we know about those in charge it can be changed to suit any circumstances. So let’s see.

Have to agree with that first part, picking a very weak team & almost winning, does not mean they didn't deserve to lose. Certainly feel for the fans.
