Eric and Paul were both riders, think that makes them speedway people 

The longer this goes on the more damage gets done to the Leagues.

Surely if a promoter paid the rent up front then the Dugards would have to consider a return of Speedway. Bob and Martin were and are speedway people but the rest of them aint.  Eric comes across as a miserable old bugger.
