The one decision the ref did get wrong was not excluding Newman in heat 12. He pulled a locker which forced his back wheel  into hitting Jody Scott, not a case of first bend bunching.

In your opinion. Personally I class myself as an Ipswich fan these days considering I've decided to continue attending the same local track to watch live Speedway for a few years now. Naturally I want to see that Club (Ipswich) win every time no matter who the opposition is as it's the Club/Team that I pay money to support and watch on a regular basis. Much like Ex-Swindon fans who attend Oxford meetings and support them on a regular basis.

One of the major stumbling blocks to rider development has been the amount of experienced Double Uppers/Downers who have filled two places and not one... Particularly taking up so many places which should have been set aside for development in the 2nd tier...

If the idea of one UK U21 rider and one international U21 at reserve is true that does change the Wroclaw rider situation. Marcel Kowolik and Jody Scott could be the 2 possibilities. I feel Rushen and Cairns are already locked in at Belle Vue and King's Lynn. Mikkel Andersen will probably ride in Denmark. 

They've tinkered around the edges for years with rising stars and whatever they were called beforehand, grading reserves in the championship etc. which led to Boxall and Armstrong at reserve for what was meant to be all season on 7 point averages.    Set a points limit and let teams build to it but by all means encourage younger british riders being signed first and foremost, if a team doesnt want a british rider they shouldnt be forced too but with the knowledge they will be signing a rider with a higher average.
