I doubt it is written down quite like that, but we have all seen over the years how riders and managers have argued that when i rider is in front they get to choose the line (mostly this is going into a corner not out). So i believe most ref's will always act on who hit who and not why, its like their thinking is very rigid and no room for grey areas.

Max Fricke’s rolling average has now dropped under Jack Holder’s, believe he has one more meeting this month before they calculate the GSA for September which could mean if King’s Lynn don’t make play off’s he will be the best option to cover at number 1 as not much in the Northampton outfit you’d choose for what is more than likely and home/away v Leicester -
Will lightening strick twice think (hope) not. For me it will be determined by the first seven heats, if Poole build a decent lead Oxford will fold, if it's even Cheetahs will compete till the end, if Oxford lead I'm hallucinating.

Max has never been a rider keen to do guest bookings especially with his SGP place on the line but may want to keep himself race fit
