Really? A rider that scored 18, 13, 12, 13, 11, 10 and 7 at home this season. For a rider on a 6.12 average next year I think it makes sense to keep him for his home scores even if his away scores were poor last year. if Plymouth can win all the home meetings and keep away meetings close that should be enough for that play off space.
