Can someone explain to me why his average isn’t 8.0?  8.2 minus the British reduction is 7.995 which of course rounds up to 8.    Is it so they can have him and Jepperson?  I’ve got no problem with him being at Worky and I wouldn’t want him out of a job.  But I do disagree with reducing a riders average so a team can fit them in.  I know it’s only 0.01 and I know that they’ll likely have points spare on their team overall. But just wondering if I’ve missed something.

Sounds like the timekeeoers forgot there was another heat, and came running back in, lunged for the watch, and set it going just as the riders were hitting the first bend... Or... The winners were "testing some new fuel".....
