R/R is using riders aligned to the team. The problem is the use of guests from a rival team. -
No, in terms of the scope of responsibility/constitution please feel free to provide an example of where BSPL have not followed there own rules in terms of decisions being made and implemented.

I agree but there should have been more comms with fans, particularly giving reassurance on the continuance of the club. The alternative would have been to sell during the season so it's all sorted in good time for the following year. -
