Still probably the fastest his bikes gone all year -
Just caught up with this and what a great advert for grass roots British Speedway! 13 committed lads, great racing, a close scoreline for the aggregate bonus point, incident and controversy. The Plymouth track has taken some stick in the past but it was spot on tonight. Absolutely put the tripe served up in Latvia in the GP to shame in comparison. The commentator mentioned it, the word of the night was commitment and without wishing to labour the point, tonight's match showed that Plymouth and British Speedway does not need the likes of Nicolai Klindt. It's just a shame that the rules and the spineless SCB are letting this situation continue with Klindt treating Plymouth like a piece of dirt and a last resort pay day.

They are doing alot of things right at Plymouth and it is being rewarded with better attendances so well done the Gladiators. After saying this I thought 150 minutes for 15 heats was too long tonight. The interval in particular was too long even with the kids race and the re-runs of heat 14. I tried the curry and rice tonight and it was very nice. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.👍

The Fox Cubs look a lot stronger now. Freddy Hodder & Jordy Loftus signed in place of Sonny Springer & Caydin Martin. Won't catch King's Lynn at the top of the table, but should help them get away from bottom spot. No changes yet for the Lion Cubs, although Springer has a lower average so won't have the same options. Calum Mitchell of King's Lynn looks the best option. There's not a lot of NDT riders without a NDL team spot. -
Yeah have to agree with this, when we needed him to stand up tonight (which he eventually did last night) he went missing in action. It will be hard for him to progress further in speedway without showing more steel and adaptability on tracks of different shape and surface quality.

Oxford didn't have an obvious "number 2" after Masters the others could really have filled any position from 2-5. Pre match I would've favoured them to have the beating of Hagon in heat 8, whoever went in position 2. Masters is the only one I wouldn't have put in that heat. If they worry was a weaker Oxford rider wouldn't win in heat 8, put McDiarmid at 2 maybe?
