So, are you saying that London is so dangerous no-one goes to big events there any more? Maybe the FA Cup Final should be moved to Newcastle. Maybe Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea and West Ham should relocate? Cancel the Test matches at Lords and The Oval?

While I was actually looking at the Met Office forecast for tomorrow, it actually changed from "Heavy Rain" to "Light Rain" for most of the day. As you say, the forecast is continually changing.
