  2. This is so sad, only two Hungarian riders in a meeting in their own country. They will soon be no better off than neighbours Austria with just a handful of riders and a handful of meetings.

There were actually three Hungarian riders (Benko, Konya and Lorincz), but I agree, very bad for Hungary.

    Do you know maybe details?

Yes, I was in Gyula. I'll post it tomorrow.

  4. Not that it matters much, but who was third in heat 15 in Krsko? Sportowefakty.pl has Matej Kus listed as third ahead of Simon Gustafsson, but Speedway.org has Gustafsson ahead of Kus? It doesn't change the final standing, but it should be correct...

Sportowefakty has it correct, Kus was third. Heat 15 was the heat of the night with many passes. Kus was fastest from the gate and took the lead, but it only took super fast Bogdanovs less than one lap to get in front. Hougaard and Kus then fought a hard battle for 2nd place with the Dane eventually taking the 2 points.

  8. Tomaz,is the track in Ljubjana easy to get to from the city centre, hope to go there sometime in the future as always wantd an excuse to go back .to

Yes, it's easy to get to. It's approx. 4 km from the city centre, so it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to get there by car. Plus the city bus (line number 7) stops right next to the stadium entrance.

  11. Has anyone found a site with heat by heat details/pictures/ video????? Anything more than just the heats listed with rider order and scores??? ANY details of the heats would be great!! Would like to see how referees decide certain scenarios in different countries.

    http://foto.sportowefakty.pl/index.php?k=2...;p=7&g=3969

    http://www.fotokljucaric.net/gallery.php?f=Lonigo%201.5.10

    http://www.andreaphotosport.com/2010pages/...GO-1/index.html

What heat by heat details are you looking for? I don't have the heat times either, but I can tell you about the falls, exclusions etc.

  12. Taken from Sportowefakty.pl ;

    1st Finland - 48

    1st Joonas Kylmaekorpi - 12 (2,3,3,3,1)

    5th Kauko Nieminen - 11 (2,2,2,2,3)

    2nd Slovenia - 47

    3rd Ales Kraljić - 5 (D, 0,1,2,2)

    4th Maks Gregoric - 12 (3,3,1,2,3)

    Race after race:

    7th Gregoric, Nieminen, Carpanese, Fisher

17th Kylmaekorpi, Kraljić, Fisher, Cavcicchioli (d)

Just to clarify. Those two heat results are wrong. In heat 7 Nieminen beat Gregoric, so Nieminen scored 12 points and Gregoric 11. And in heat 17 Kraljic beat Kylmaekorpi, so Kraljic scored 6 points and Kylmaekorpi 11 points.

  13. actually it's "reilu", pronounced a bit like "raylu"??????

I guess this would be a good place and time to ask if tomazpozrl is travelling with any of his photographing friends, I'd be happy to receive and publish a few pics of the meeting...:lol:

If we win, you can have all the pics you want.

  14. I have no idea.:rolleyes: Naturally the Slovenian team manager would be my first choice of people to tell my info regarding this one...

Now, now, mate, where's a fair play here? I play with open cards and tell you all the news about Slovenian team and you try to keep secrets about Finnish? Is it another of yours 'FIM doesn't want Finland in the SWC' things???:lol:

I guess I'll have to rely on Eastbourne news then. They should know if he is riding on Saturday or not. :)
