I’m the other way round,don’t like double headers I’m afraid.

You certainly don’t work around speedway fixtures nowadays ,which I always done for many years.Now if I get told of something else just don’t bother.Iknow a few die hard who do the same,speedway has moved down the list.

It’s hard to get your head round what really goes on at these meetings they have,they agree 1 thing in principle then scrap it when they all get together.Does that just mean throughout the season not ALL club are part of the meetings.

The days of a weekly fix of Speedway are dwindling away,I fear that will have knock on effect with the fans.

The point limit is still 40 so don’t see any reason why.Don’t think Bomber was coming to Berwick anyway this season.Too many week end commitments.Mid week track solves that for him.

They haven’t any idea what they are doing again ,some Clubs seem to get what THEY want.That’s Speedway though.Just fumbling on.

Will suit some Clubs more than others.Clubs with aNDL Team can fill in fixture blanks.Not sure if it viable for some though.Crowds not that great.

Think the big News has to be the use of Transponders.The rest seems a bit of a shambles.!!!

Many riders give up the ghost after a couple of laps and just settle for what they have,it just they make it look good.Explain how a rider can win a race then in his next outing can be the length of the straight behind when the race is won in the same time as his with no obvious reason.That’s speedway though,they are not going to thrash their engine if they are getting beat.You would expect them to be a bit closer on race time.

They never learn,bringing back riders who are bankrupting the sport over here.

He’s been in trouble many times in the last few years.Very talented but went of the rails I’m afraid.

At least they got paid their guarantee pay rate,unlike the H18TORY Team.All I was saying is how many strength in depth Teams have won the Championship,answer appears to be not many.

Each Promoter wants to calculate his own Teams average with their interpretation “in the best interest of the sport”!!

Agree,Bickley was prospect,his progress has not moved on as quickly as some expected.

Teams in Championship don’t need to have arising star

How many strength in depth Teams have won the Championship in the last 20 years.Tends to be decent Top 2 and a reserve who really improves .IMO ps with a bit of luck you need with injuries.

Is Basso a genuine No 1 at this stage of his career would be my question.Or have Glasgow have some to replace a genuine Top Man that Cook was.Interesting.

It’s already be announced Bomber is not returning!!
