I do think it was good thinking regarding Tigers line up.While the guests didn’t produce lot on the night ,they knew Harris and Howarth were going to have at least 6 rides each which would always keep them in contention with their liking for Shielfield.Deserved their win.

That’s the Gp’s only that have changed I believe.

That is correct.There were only 4 Tigers there though. Leon had poor score admittedly last time ,Harris got 9 last time.Howarth 11. Sat. was 14 each.

I’m not discussing his body image.I’m sure he is “as fit as a flea” I was commenting on his height and build ,that is no way body shaming.You as speedway supporter have obviously heard the discussion with Woffy and Doyle regarding natural size and build of riders that they consider that might a disadvantage these day given the Technical Advances in the sport. Please don’t make things up just because you have a different opinion of my post.

Would agree he’s a big lad compared to a lot of other riders.Is it a slight disadvantage these days.?

The actual track prep has always been a bit hit of miss whatever excuse they want to use.IMO The riders just have to get on with it. Tough on home riders set up wise though.

Don’t think Berwick will make play -offs anyway.Probably not worth changing if that was a reason.

Don’t think it is much of a risk if replacing Smith.Still has age on his side compared to Smith who has certainly reached his level.

Having Jonus at 2 paid off though,countered Villads very well at Ashfield.Hagon was woeful.Wouldn’t matter where you put Hagon in Top 5 IMO,you don’t know what he will do from race to race even at Shielfield.Glasgow were there for the taking tonight and we failed miserably.IMO

And they are not exactly a powerful reserve pairing.

Can’t see us making the Play offs.

It’s maybe a strange shape with the unorthodox finish line but it produces some great entertaining racing

Well done to Tigers,no excuses beat by a4 man Team though.Just as well the other 3 weren’t there it would have been a massacre. Special mention to Ben Trigger certainly done his bit.

Plus you have track that most opponents can ride.

Teams that do well have too have 1 good reserve who improves their average,this where Monarchs are dangerous they manage too get VP in on good average and it now means they will always have Top 5 man at reserve during the season think with their home track advantage they will fancy their Top4 chances.They look decent.IMO.Lots of Teams have 2 weak reserves.IMO

He rode well tonight IMO.Kildemand was the let down for me.Couldn’t gate too save himself after his 1st race win.Berwick win might have been on the cards if he had. track looked slicker than normal for Ashfield,some decent racing as usual.

Nagel was impressive,track seemed very slick though.IMO

Flint isn’ t there r/r for Thompson Villads also missing,can see a home win if Jonus If takes too Shielfield. He was brilliant at Ashfield tonight as was Drew. Batch was Ok after Ht1 EF.Kindermand was disappointing considering he won his 1st race.Howarth beat him of 15mtrs in Heat 13 !! Hagon wasn’t at the races.
