The last month at Berwick proves cheaper admission =more fans attending,so it is up to the Promoters to agree and stick to a more affordable pay rate and stick to it (which they did not the last time they were in this situation). Its not rocket science to work out that if expenditure is more than income it will end in failure.I also agree that slower speedway does not mean it is less entertaining.

Good post ,riders have to play their part or they will be out of a job too.

Would Keith Denham be easy to deal with regarding selling the club (if anybody came forward),he strikes me to be in the same mould as the Mallets at Newport (if Icant have no-one else will). Not since to hear ANY club in trouble but this might not be the only tale of woe to emerge after the end of the season.Speedway in General is going through a rough patch and the dire summer weather hasn't helped.

A good reply to Big Ed's post an an example of how things should be debated on a Forum IMO Agree regarding track shaping, pretty sure the Promotion have approach the people concerned with the Football but were not allowed to alter anything (could be wrong though) -

Dont think Chris Louis would agree with that suggestion -
That means he will be at Berwick then (If they want him)
-
Most Berwick fans (including myself) would take that Team, but I think your local Bookie would give you good odds on that being the team
-
No thanks ,like you past his best.

Glad you enjoyed the meeting it was decent with some good racing .Andersons realy have made the place look the part. All they need now is some luck on the rider front which they have not had since they took over. But thats Speeway I'm afraid. -
While you are seen to percieved to be the management spokesperson by a lot of people on this forum, how much money is in the kitty to buy the riders to achieve a team of assetts which seems to be the answer to all Berwicks problems regarding loan fees. While the ulitmate aim would to have a team of assetts I find it hard to believe this could be achieved before the start of next seaon .So perhaps some of the riders that have rode for Berwick over the last couple of seasons might be welcome back on loan

Doolan only has his self to blame ,he has lost form over the last 2seasons .Dont think he has had a major injury and if he wants to blame his machinery thats poor considering his experiance. Showed last night at Berwick that he can still do it. -
If 4h &4a gets him a starting average for next season I would definately have him ,he show signs that there is something there worth persevering with.If he is an assessed 7pts then NO.

Bowden is just a rogue considering Plymouth crowds seem to be OK .You have to ask why riders dont stick together on money issues ,if they did this situation might not get so out of hand. The Glanz situation must have been known by his team mates but they just chose to ignore instead of supporting him . -

Double Agent Doolan job well done Good match tonight, just shows what can be done when we have a well prepared track,Thought it was adecent crowd once again considering it was not a local Team.Interesting to hear the Promotions views regarding lower admission prices once the season ends.It definately makes for a good atmosphere in the home strait stand.I think Dyer is a reserve that has the potential to be a match winner in that position and the kind of rider that will be much sought after and a rider that we should be trying persaude that Berwick is the place to be next season -
