Such deal is not a problem but... If such point would be in one contract between Hancock and Rzeszów club together with another details - it is OK. But they signed one "official" contract which was sent to PZM and second deal according this "sponsorship" money. That is the problem.

In these cases both sides of agreements were fined by PZM or Extraleague. But it's not only in Poland - few years ago we had similiar case in Sweden (with Rune Holta? and his club). I think most riders - if they can get really more money than official - are able to sign (or just agree) such illegal agreements

Hancock signed few illegal agreements with clubs from Bydgoszcz and Rzeszów. In Bydgoszcz he signed agreement in case of decreasing his results. Polish speedway regulations says that the club may decrease payment to the rider if this rider decrease his position in final league averages classification. Greg signed illegal agreement with Polonia says the club would not decrease his payment. The club management changed at the end of season Greg started in Bydgoszcz and "new people" decided to show this illegal agreement to league authorities. Polonia had to pay the fine but thanks to that the club was able to cut Greg payment of 100.000 zł. Hancock put this case to PZM tribunal but has rather no chance to win. In Rzeszów he signed additional agreement last year - it says that the club should find sponsor for 500.000 zł for Greg, if no - this money should be payed by the club. Such agreement is also illegal (it's like second contract with the same club) but after lat season auditors found it in the club. It means the club don't have to pay this money to Greg but both sides would probably be fined for signing such agreement.

There is another track in Toruń - quite close to Motoarena. This track was build especially for micro-speedway. To be clear - there are two tracks - one just for 80-125 cc and around it there is longer one but a little bit to small for normal speedway. It's not "ice racing", it's "ice speedway" and "tracks" for this kind of speedway are builded at ice-rings (ice hockey fields).

There is no any silencer non FIM-homologated that is used in Poland! But of course - if Polish riders are long distance before the rest, any "reason" is using something illegal ... Reading such stupid comments I'm wondering you are joking or you are so foolish ...
