Yes that's good about the zoo info. But if the promotion were mired in planning problems they should have come out with a holding statement to that effect. Saying nothing encourages punters to assume nothing is happening and that the promotion can't be bothered.

The so called spirit of most rules in speedway is a sick joke. I doubt there is a club in the country that doesn't or hasn't tried to find a way round them. And the averages system particularly regarding assessed averages just encourages it.
