  1. Sedgy is a confidence rider. And his injuries may have dented his confidence. I agree he should have been replaced sooner but the timing was a total vindictive disgrace.
  2. Some clubs already know he's a good rider. Just needs treated with respect.
  3. Decent performance by Sedgy in the GP. Beat some very good riders. Just shows what he could have done if he hadn't had the shoulder injuries and of course if he had been treated properly.
  4. Surely every team is the team to beat? Are there teams you try not to beat?
  5. The only chips come with brown sauce. And I try to keep that off the clothes. I just don't like Ippo or Peabro or Bustit. Not mad keen on the weegies but would have preferred it is they hadn't bottled the KO cup.
  6. Finished ahead of Holder in the qualifying competition perhaps. Assuming Holder was arsed to turn up. Just as he's probably sunning himself out in Oz at this moment.
  7. I nearly agree with Nick. More like a 20 point lead though! Mind you Sedgy would have been a trump card at the Showground if only he hadn't been injured /abused.
  8. And if you've got a stiff neck you'll probably be slower to turn your head that way too. And you always have to re-focus your eyes after that head movement. Such an antiquated method of starting a race.
  9. Wow I had completely forgotten about that. An age problem (or a problem of age?). Thanks j2c. Mea culpa.
  10. Maybe Sedgy didn't appreciate how the fox holes in the track would play havoc with his already injured shoulder. But but but what about the clowns that tried to drop Mountain mid-season? Almost on a par with Busting Chapman & Ged the Money Man. A whole set of East Anglia's finest brains.
