To be fair to the guys doing the show they are more than happy to cover other teams but they need the input from other teams supporters. If you contact them I’m sure they’d welcome the opportunity to diversify the coverage to other clubs.

It is unfortunate that, as it stands it looks like the wrong call. However we have had some sharp showers and there are still several hours to go before the meeting would have been completed, so who knows...….

Birmingham March 27th starting 1pm for press only (supporters admitted from 1.45pm for Birmingham riders fund donation)

There was an allocated space for the Bulls/juniors - however it was FAR from ideal - hence why it is being addressed.

There is an interesting thread on the Brummies fans forum in relation to the club asking for volunteers to join working parties to help spruce up the track/stadium/riders changing rooms & coming up with initiatives to raise funds to build a proper pits area for the Development League riders. The thread was started by a "fan" who is offended by the begging nature of the requests for help, so I thought I'd put it out there to see what the general consensus is - would you be offended if your club asked for this kind of help or would you be happy to roll your sleeves up/put your hand in your pocket? Personally I have given my time to the working parties campaign this year - when work shifts has allowed - and did many weekends pre season last year too. The club provide tea/coffee/biscuits by way of a thank you to those who turn up to help with track spruce up. Thoughts...……….

The proposed apartment blocks are no nearer than the university halls of residence or lecture rooms were and they failed with their noise complaints. Surely any prospective residents HAVE to be made aware of the sporting activities and noise consequences - if they are not already aware - and signing up for one of those properties constitutes a disclaimer for complaint.

That's as maybe, but they will live or die by it...……….at the end of it all it's their money & project at risk.

Whether we agree or not with the signing of Paco over Danyon (I also would've loved to see Danyon back) , surely we have to trust the decisions made by our promotion. They will have done their homework surely - they are hardly going to jeopardise their investment are they?

Disappointed to hear that Danyon hasn't got a place in Brummies 2019 team - according to Danyon's post on FB - his average no longer fits. I'm sure he'll soon get a team spot somewhere, and will hopefully be back in the Brummies fold before too long.

Mitch Davey has tweeted he's on the look out for NL/CL team places for 2019 - he wasn't given the 3.00 average required for PL racing...…. Would like to see him back at the Barr.

I’m probably in the minority here, but I don’t particularly want Zack Wajtknecht back - during his last spell with us he seemed decidedly disinterested.

We just need to get behind David & Peter Mason in BIG numbers to make sure that this is the correct decision for both the club & them. We OWE them nothing less...……...

But don't forget Tom was racing for Peterborough this year so will have some knowledge of the other championship tracks - SHOULD we be going up, his knowledge would be invaluable.

I don't think it was No 1 - I think it was meant to be read as no-one.

All riders did wear race bibs, although I don't know if they were "team" versions or not. I must admit I didn't take too much notice of the oppositions attire!!
