Can anyone confirm this meeting is definitely live on Eurosport? as i can't see that it appears on my sky planner it says live snooker or super bikes. Thanks

Pboro haven't had there full 1-7 out away since 4th may at rye house, and promoters wonder why attendance is dropping

Can anyone confirm if Ales 'busta move' Dryml is riding in this meeting? The Pboro website says he's expected to ride, but due to knowing he was going to be replaced at the start of the week makes me think he may miss this one with back problems again

They were disastrous because Frost was expecting crowds of 2400+ which was because he had put an expensive team together, those figures were never going to happen IMO

i was at all these meetings and crowds looked good, were you there? didn't mr frost come out and say he needed crowds of over 2000? or 2400ish? this was due to putting a very expensive team together

Pboro would get crowds of over 1000 on a Friday at PL level easily, crowds on a friday last year were very good it was the other race days that let us down.

Im lucky as scunny is only a 40min drive from my house and the racing is fantastic as for rye house.............. NO THANKS!!!!

Cant believe so many people think the race night isn't the problem as I've said before coventry now run on there correct race night which is a friday and get very good crowds again, tuesday is 'continuity day' just isn't working unfortunately and whoever made that decision made a bad call IMO Pboro would get much better crowds on a Friday. Even though consistent friday nights are not available are there enough dates available to for fill a seasons fixture list? with a few bank holidays and other dates thrown in? last season we had 9 or 10 friday night meetings and didn't run on other fridays when the GPs were on (some meetings were mid week to accommodate GP riders) i remember the start of last season when mr frost said friday night racing is back at the show ground!

Some clubs just don't get good gates mid week for various reasons, a lot of Pboro fans don't live in Pboro unfortunately, i live 1hour 15 mins away (and thats on a good run) Coventry had similar problems a few years ago running mid week and now there back to Friday racing gates are good again for NL and EL i think Pboro gate would improve with Friday racing my dad was the same! Long Eaton Wed Pboro Friday Kings Lynn Saturday i enjoyed those days!

totally agree, and i'd be there too! i only missed 3 home meetings last season and so far this season haven't made any i know the promoter's won't admit it but tuesdays were also set up for Ryan Fisher to ride for both Pboro and coventry.

tuesday nights are the problem, the travelling fans that don't live in peterborough struggle to make it IMO

lots of people can't make tuesday nights i live in lincoln and know 6 people that don't go because of it, how can you take children midweek when they have school the next day?
