Just had a shower (that's an update on the weather not my personal hygiene regime)

13:50 quite warm and pleasant, sunny intervals, some cloud, light breeze. May get a little chillier later about 7.30pm! (think I missed my vocation )

The only thing weaker than the Redcar team at the moment are the management's excuses! Let's guess what's in JD's gazette report this week... At 3 ...we had a rider returning from injury; At 2 ...our reserve 'strength' was weakened; and At 1...the weather had made the track difficult.

17.7.1.2 A Rider may ride as a Guest (in an Official Meeting) at a Track only once in an 8-day period unless replacing the Home Teams #1 or is a NL Rider guesting for the Home Team.

MPT was a Peterborough rider not a guest last week.

The reserves are likely to be where it's won and lost. MPT has some good rides round the MPA.
