Hi Do you remove previous months/years articles? If I go to the website it only shows March 2025? If I change the URL to say ....\February-2025, I get a different page on the right, but the left hand side still only shows March 2025 -

SGP 2023 Round 4 question
Neil Grantham posted a topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
I am struggling to see how Rob Lambert got 10 GP points at Teterow, and Dan Bewley got 9. Dan got 11 in the heats, vs Rob's 10, both finished fourth in the Semi's, and the rules state: This would suggest that Dan should get 10 GP points and Rob the 9? Have I missed something? -
Will do

Apologies if this has been asked before, but is there anywhere on t'internet that documents the progression of Track Records? Thanks

1996 Premier League Riders Championship

That's it! Many thanks andout -
Hi all I wonder if anyone can help. I am compiling a spreadsheet of all the results for the BLRC/PLRC/ELRC and have kindly been sent some scans recently for some results I had missing. One of those was 1996. I have all the riders and results, so I know who was in what heat etc. However, it has an odd format I’ve not seen before. 20 riders taking 4 rides over 20 heats. I am trying to work out starting gates but not getting anywhere. Does anyone happen to have the program that would reveal who started in which colour/gate? Many thanks Neil

Rob I had a vague recollectoin that they kept the same numbers. I found a 40 heat format of which the second 20 go like this: 21 3-6-8-10 22 4-12-16-15 23 2-1-14-13 24 5-7-11-9 25 9-3-4-14 26 7-2-6-16 27 1-5-12-8 28 10-15-13-11 29 16-11-3-1 30 13-4-5-6 31 8-14-15-7 32 12-10-9-2 33 3-13-7-12 34 6-9-1-15 35 11-8-2-4 36 14-16-10-5 37 4-7-1-10 38 12-14-6-11 39 8-13-9-16 40 15-5-2-3 Is this what was used? Cheers Neil

The normal 20 heat format would have had it: 37 (17) 1-8-15-10 or Riss-Doncaster-Shirra-Nielsen 38 (18) 9-2-7-16 or Kasper-Ermolenko-Jonsson-Cook 39 (19) 3-12-13-6 or Matousek-Gundersen-Morton-Jankowski 40 (20) 5-14-11-4 or Nilsen-Kroeze-Cross-Pedersen So, although the same riders compete against each other for their 5th rides, they aer jumbled. 38/39 in same order but different helmet order (apart from 39!), and 37/40 transposed and again different helmet order (apart from 40!).

Thanks for that All sorted!

I've noticed that day 2 of the 1987 World Final took the usual format for the first 16 heats (21-36) but the last 4 seem different Can anyone tell me who was in which helmet colour please, in heats 37 to 40 Cheers Neil

Hello all I wondered if anyone has, or knows where I can find, heat details for the Star Championship Finals (predecessor of World Championships) of 1929 to 1934. Bit of a long shot. I do have the 1935 details already Many thanks Neil

Hi all Looking at results for the 2003 Grand Prix, I see from the off there was no number 9 rider (at least there seem to be none in the results pages I look at!) First GP (European), the 9th slot was taken by number 25, Hans Andersen. So my question is: who should have been number 9? If so, was he injured all season? I noticed that Billy Hamill, who finshed 9th in 2002 is missing, maybe it was him then. If he'd retired, why not give someone else #9 ?? Thanks Neil

Gp's 2001-2006
Neil Grantham replied to Neil Grantham's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Thanks guys, great help -
Hello all I'm looking for heat by heat results for the GP's of 2001 to 2006 inclusive. Wikipedia has been my best bet so far for the years 1995-2000 but their links for 01-06 are to the old Speedway GP website and are all broken links now. Any help is much appreciated Thanks Neil
