Richard Coleman and his wife seem to be the 2 directors, and it was Mayfield Sport that ran the 2023 Cardiff GP presumably on behalf of WBD. They are based in Brackley. Several things are on Companies house including information that this company was only incorporated in August this year, however there is information in the public domain about previous companies and even a winding up petition.
