From the 2021 season, each team must have a player under 24 in the senior squad. This means that on numbers 1-5 the team must include two national players and a player under 24. His nationality does not matter. At the same time, the provision on the reserve up to 23 years of age under the numbers 8 and 16 in the 1st league is maintained. As for the guest, only the clubs of the 2nd Speedway League will be able to use it. He will be a player under the age of 21.
