The winners of Rybnik v Ostrow Nice Polska play-offs are promoted to the Extraleague.(that will be Rybnik) Gorzow meet the losers in the relegation/ promotion play- off(Gorzow) the winners of Bydgoszcz v Poznan Div 2 play-offs are promoted into the Nice Polska league (Bydgoszcz)and the losers meet Lodz in the promotion/ relegation play- off.(Lodz) i cannot make it any simpler than that ! No automatic relegation from Nice Polska as only 7 teams in it in 2019.
