A change has been announced today to the live Nice Polska league TV contract for the 2018 season. Eleven are now showing matches on Saturday afternoons with programmes starting at 3pm UK time with the 1st race at 3.15pm. Polsat are keeping the Sunday slot with programmes starting at 1.30pm UK time with the 1st race at 1.40pm

As there are 3 matches on the Sunday - the 2 selected for TV will start at 16.30 and 19.00 local and the non TV match will probably be a 16.30 start.

Im not Polish but i would think1 very soon now 2 Yes definately i would say- for the past couple of seasons all matches in the opening 2 rounds are shown live over Fri/Sat/Sun and in 2017 had 7 Friday night fixtures

I would think its a certaintity that Zagar WILL be in the qualifiers- he did this year and im sure will do the same next.

April/May I would guesstimate- I wouldn`t get too excited if I were you as the town is a dump- the only decent part is the re-vamped river area. The stadium is decent however.

I think you will need to do most of the finding out yourself as i have no idea where you are based in the UK. the main airlines flying to Poland are Ryanair and Wizzair from various regional airports to various Polish destinations. I have always hired cars in Poland so have flown into places like Poznan, Wroclaw, Bydgoszcz and Warsaw for the GP. When the fixtures come out, decide where you want to go to, then Google nearest airport to the place. I have flown into Berlin for Gorzow as well. Booking. Com is great for hotels. The rail network is pretty good in Poland if you didnt want to drive. I always use Bahn.de for the checking of trains in Poland. Edit sorry just read again and saw London so the airlines i mentioned use Luton ,Stansted and possibly Gatwick plus BA and LOT from Heathrow

Just had a good read of this weeks Star and everything written about reverting to tactical substitutes in 2018 - not many references- is written as plurals.ie not A TACTICAL SUBSTITUTE but TACTICAL SUBSTITUTES. Why do the BSPA muddy the waters by not saying in full what has been implemented.

He was in the 1 to 5 in the Extraleague for Grudziadz in 2017 2016 it was - he scored 20 pts- that was his last season as a U21

Slightly off topic but would you like to comment on the power struggle between the Polish Extraleague clubs and the PZM. I will give you an example from last season when the league allowed Zielona Gora to re-arrange a league match on a Thursday night which had been the date scheduled for the Polish Individual championship(IMP) semi-finals. These had to be re-arranged much to the annoyance of the PZM I would imagine. Everything isn`t as rosy in Polish domestic speedway as you and others try and make it out to be.

One has to remember that one of the reasons it was dropped before was that 2nd strings / reserves were being pulled from races(sometimes their easiest) and they were claiming they couldn`t make it pay !! now with the riders riding for uncle Tom Cobley and all- that won`t now be a problem. stopping multiple times is purely a cost issue.
