Certainly was the last big night there- sadly there was hardly anyone there !!!. they have understandly lost a lot of their trainer`s to other tracks and cannot at the moment get enough dogs for their one day a week Saturday night meeting - Last Saturday they only had enough dogs for 7 races and 2 of those were 5 dog races. I hear the place though is packed. They will try and get through the Christmas party meetings and then it would not surprise me if they stopped racing early in the new year.

Just got back from visiting the old place for the last time tonight- greyhound St Leger final. Many happy memories of the place both Speedway and Dogs- Had a chat with Roger Cearns who I`m sure has many more memories of the place than myself.

Someone out of Emil, Nicki, Kildemand and the 3 Poles Zengota, Piotr Pawlicki and Kolodziej is going to be left out every week and will not be happy !!!!

Slight change to the start times for the Extraleague in 2017 In April, May, June and September matches will start at 4pm and 6.30 pm polish time (3pm and 5.30pm UK time) in July and August times are 4.30pm and 7pm(3.30pm and 6pm UK time)

I just cannot see how the BSPA can in anyway be "promoters" of Belle Vue - certainly can understand they desperately want the track to keep going but A they surely haven`t the money in the organisation to fund it B i`m not sure the "constitution" would allow it

They have introduced a new rule for 2017 where a Polish rider who is no longer under 21 can be a squad member for a Extraleague team and also ride for a team in the other divisions- THJ is just a squad member for Gorzow.

3 and 4 easy to answer- both Premiership and Championship are using this seasons Premier league format in 2017 and FTR`s are in the bin. 1 and 2 nothing said so presumably more than 2 nights will be used including Saturday.

Yes and no- don`t think they had to because they went " skint " and were then refused a licence to operate. Persumably returning with a new company formed. This happened in 2013- they had another season in Extraleague in 2014 - missed 2015 and returned in the NICE POLSKA league this past season How they were allowed to run in 2014 when Emil`s money was owed I don`t quite know !!!

Czestochowa are back in the Extraleague for 2017 and look likely to sign leon Madsen and Rune Holta when the transfer window opens on November 1st
